Daily dose of Calcium-Magnesium
Each person should use their own best judgement and go by their own experience.
There are no rigid, binding dosage guidelines. It would be pointless to create one. Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin C are simply nutrients! There is no need to worry too much about the quantities consumed.
In fact, we can only make a mistake by not consuming enough of them.
If you choose to consume just one dose a day, you can still rest easy. You are already doing a lot for yourself with that much, too.
Suggested usage
- Put 3/4 scoop (6.5 grams) of drink powder in about 2 dl of clean water.
- It is best to start stirring immediately. Stir until the ingredients are dissolved.
Due to the nature of the minerals, there may be a small amount of insoluble sediment at the bottom of the glass. This is not an anomaly, not a quality defect. It does not affect the absorption of our Calcium-Magnesium product.
