Delivery and payment terms and conditions

We can deliver the orders to the requested address within 1-8 working days by courier service. Our contracted partner is GLS Courier, delivers your orders safely, with great experience, favorable conditions.

• When providing customer information please give us a delivery address where somebody could take over the package on the given delivery date, IN DAYTIME , in the time frame predicted by the courier.
• Also make sure to provide a daytime phone number where we or courier staff can contact you to handle in case of any difficulty that might arise regarding the package.
• We can deliver your orders to the requested address within 1-8 working days by courier service depending on the received amount of orders.
• There is no delivery on weekends and on holidays.
• Upon receiving the order the next day the courier will send an e-mail to your provided e-mail address with the expected time of the delivery data.

International delivery fees

Delivery service fee includes the VAT.

The delivery service fees above appear on Vitamin Zászlóshajó Kft.’s invoice of your order. The invoice will be attached to the package. The above fees are invoiced by Vitamin Zászlóshajó Kft. as charged forward service (as a mediation service). The invoice with this fee, and with the ordered products can be found in the package. Delivery time Data in the chart “Delivery time” are indicative and non-guaranteed.

We do not ship packages to the following countries:
Italy – Vatican

Islands under Spanish jurisdiction, for example Canary Islands (Tenerife, Las Palmas, Fuerteventura)

Our webshop serves end users and issues invoices to customers in accordance with EU VAT legislation.

In case of distance selling (like online selling) the customer has to pay the tax according to the country of delivery.

You can only pay for your purchases by online credit card payment in the webshop and by Paypal.
The invoice includes the ordered products prices and also the delivery service fee.
After ordering the selected products we will direct you to the SimplePay website, where you can pay by credit card through secured transactions with the most secure payment method.
Customers only have to select the payment method “credit card payment” option and provide the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code at SimplePay payment page. SimplePay accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards.

If the customer or the addressee is not staying at the indicated address at the time of delivery for any reason, the courier will leaves hard copy notice in order to set a date for repeated delivery.
