Shipping information
We can deliver the orders to the requested address within 1-6 working days by courier service. Our contracted partner, the DPD Courier, delivers your orders safely, with great experience and with favorable conditions.
- When providing customer information please give us a delivery address where somebody could take over the package on the given delivery date, IN DAYTIME, in the time frame predicted by the courier.
- Also make sure to provide a daytime phone number where we or courier staff can contact you to handle any question that might arise regarding the package.
- There is no delivery on weekends and on holidays.
- Courier services unfortunately cannot guarantee the proper temperature storage of packages picked up on Friday and delivered only on Monday over the weekend.To ensure the quality of the products you purchased, orders placed on Thursday will only be handed over to the courier service on Monday.Until then, we store the goods in our own warehouse at a temperature that ensures their integrity.
- The courier will send an e-mail to your provided e-mail address with the expected time of delivery. You can change the delivery time, for this please follow the instructions you find in the above mentioned e-mail.
- IMPORTANT! The courier tries repeated delivery only once more. Afterwards, the package will be returned to the sender.
- In case of the parcel machines, the storage time is 5 working days.

For all international shipments to islands or remote locations, we charge an additional €14 surcharge.

The delivery service fees above appear on Vitamin Zászlóshajó Kft.’s invoice. The invoice will be attached to the package. The above fees are invoiced by Vitamin Zászlóshajó Kft. as charged forward service (as a mediation service).

Invoicing
Our webshop serves end users and issues invoices to customers in accordance with EU VAT legislation.
In case of distance selling (like online selling) the customer has to pay the tax according to the country of delivery.
Payment
You can pay for your purchases via bank transfer, or online with credit card or with PayPal.
The invoice includes the ordered products prices and also the delivery service fee.
After ordering the selected products

- If you choose direct bank transfer, after placing your order you will receive an email with further instructions, including all the necessary transfer details (such as your order number, the bank name and IBAN number). Please make sure to include the order number in the “remarks” section of the transfer. The preparation of your package will begin once the payment has been received.
- If you choose online payment, we will direct you to the SimplePay website, where you can pay by credit card through secured transactions with the most secure payment method. Customers only have to select the payment method “credit card payment” option and provide the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code at SimplePay payment page. SimplePay accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
- If you choose the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal system, where you can use your credit card or an existing PayPal account to settle the invoice. Credit card details must always be entered on the PayPal website, ensuring that they are never shared with the merchant under any circumstances.
If the customer or the addressee is not staying at the indicated address at the time of delivery for any reason, the courier will leaves hard copy notice in order to set a date for repeated delivery.
